Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At Cheese Boutique, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our food products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and direct the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for our culinary team.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on food service operations, highlighting areas for improvement and success.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Site Environment: Fast-paced environment with occasional noisy conditions.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
Work Conditions:
  • Hours of Work: 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
  • Duration: Permanent position.
