Collections Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Collections Manager to lead our team of collection agents in providing top-notch service to our customers regarding the repayment of their financed auto loans.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a specialized team of collection agents to ensure timely and effective loan recovery
- Maintain and implement programs, policies, and procedures to optimize collection efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates and reduce delinquencies
- Monitor and analyze collection metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Proven experience in collections or a related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
