About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Les restaurants Mcdonald's. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Hire food service staff
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
    • Provide customer service
  • Operations Management
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates
    • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory
    • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
    • Conduct performance reviews
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
