We are currently looking for a dedicated professional to fill the role of Client Operations Manager. This position is based in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and manage the daily functions of a client processing support team, ensuring efficient handling of client accounts, inquiries, and issue resolution.
  2. Coordinate the daily transactional workflow, optimizing team resources to achieve operational goals.
  3. Inspire and develop team members, fostering their professional growth and enhancing collaborative efforts.
  4. Ensure that the output of the team meets and exceeds established quality standards, with thorough reviews and documentation.
  5. Act as the primary supervisor for task assignments and problem-solving initiatives.

Qualifications:

  1. Associate's degree or equivalent experience is required.
  2. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  3. Experience with Canadian Settlements is a plus.
  4. Background in securities or financial services is advantageous.
  5. Previous management experience is preferred.
