Job Title: Financial Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Systems Analyst to join our team at Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation. As a Financial Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective provision of business expertise and support for the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Corporation's Finance applications, tools, and business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the lifecycle of changes to the financial system, including user requirements, functional process design, and testing.
  • Understand the data used by financial systems to help build models and reports for business partners.
  • Provide recommendations and guidance to ensure the highest level of data accuracy and integrity and ensure adequate testing procedures are carried out.
  • Maintain appropriate functional business system documentation and process controls.
Requirements:
  • An undergraduate degree in a related field such as Finance, computer science, business administration, or commerce.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in using or overseeing changes to ERP systems (preferably Microsoft D365FO), or within a financial or reporting position.
  • Qualitative and quantitative analysis skills.
  • Strong experience with spreadsheets, data analysis, or statistical tools (Excel, SAS, PowerBI, etc.).
  • Project management skills acquired through the management of small to medium-sized projects.
  • A Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) designation.
  • Microsoft certifications for Azure/D365.
