We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at ESM Property Services and Maintenance. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including coordinating schedules, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.

- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a property services or maintenance company.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
