About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Performance Improvement Specialist to join our team at Pan Am Clinic. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business performance and operational excellence across our healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and analyze business and operational performance issues
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Conduct data-driven analysis to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives
  • Work with cross-functional teams to design and deliver business solutions
  • Provide expertise in process improvement, project management, and business analysis
Requirements
  • 5 years of progressive experience in an analytical or operations improvement role
  • 3 years of experience in project management, business case development, and/or analysis
  • 2 years of experience in leading business process transformation and/or organizational change projects
  • Post-secondary degree in a relevant discipline, such as commerce, business administration, or business analysis
  • PROSCI, PMP, Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent is considered an asset
