About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team at Windsor Endodontics. As a Light Duty Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, and disinfect operating rooms and other areas.
  • Debris and Waste Management: Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Window and Surface Cleaning: Wash windows, walls and ceilings.
  • Security and Safety: Pass a criminal record check.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Will train and provide diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees.
  • Support for Indigenous People: Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers and provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
