We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at AXI Education. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support our educational programs.
- Scheduling and Communication: Schedule and confirm appointments, manage contracts, and oversee the development of communication strategies to ensure effective internal and external communication.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering telephone and electronic enquiries, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure our office is well-stocked and efficient.
- Client Support: Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure their needs are met.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role, or equivalent experience.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
