Position Overview

The role of the Agricultural Operations Supervisor involves overseeing various agricultural activities and ensuring the efficient operation of farm tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Crop Services: Deliver essential agricultural services including plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, and harvesting.
  • Supervision: Coordinate and manage the efforts of general farm workers and harvesting laborers.
  • Operations Oversight: Supervise and monitor growing and other crop-related activities.
  • Staff Management: Responsible for hiring and training new personnel.
  • Machinery Operation: Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment efficiently.
  • General Duties: Perform a variety of general farm tasks as needed.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years to less than 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Employment Duration: Permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
