Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced EHS Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating projects, allocating resources, and developing and implementing EHS guidelines and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination
    • Coordinate projects and allocate resources to ensure timely completion and effective implementation of EHS initiatives.
  • EHS Guidelines and Processes
    • Develop and implement EHS guidelines and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Communication and Training
    • Communicate instructions and regulations effectively to management and employees.
    • Train management and employees on EHS topics to ensure a culture of safety and compliance.
  • Analysis and Reporting
    • Analyze data on EHS management measures to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Prepare and present reports to management on EHS performance and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in EHS Education field or similar.
  • Experience
    • 3-7 years of experience in EHS in the Wind Industry.
  • Skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Comfortable with presenting to groups.
    • Travel required up to 50%.
