Executive Vice President, Diversity and Inclusion

We are a technology-enabled and platform-based urban housing systems company providing transformational innovation to the housing, architecture, building and construction industry.
Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Executive Vice President to lead our manufacturing operations, scaling our business to emerging markets, and overseeing internal operations. The successful candidate will provide executive oversight of all internal operations, including manufacturing, scaling, contract management, facilities management, inventory management, quality assurance, project execution, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion
- Lead the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures
- Oversee the management of manufacturing operations, including supply chain management and quality control
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with the executive leadership team to drive business strategy and decision-making
- Proven experience in manufacturing operations and scaling a business
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions
- Strong understanding of business operations, including finance, marketing, and human resources
