About the Role

The Surveillance Manager will play a pivotal role in the operations of the Surveillance Department at PURE Canadian Gaming. Reporting to the Director of Surveillance and Gaming Compliance, this position requires a high level of accountability, individual responsibility, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in sensitive investigations, team development, and game performance reporting
  • Contribute to game protection tasks and related duties
  • Complete investigative reports and required documents
  • Oversee people management tasks

Requirements

  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check (licensing requirement)
  • Excellent verbal and written English; report writing skills are essential
  • Maintain a high level of integrity and be able to hold an AGLC license
  • Excellent leadership ability and experience; may require some public speaking
  • Above average communication skills
  • Possess average to above average computer skills
  • Casino and table games protection experience an asset
  • Has good to excellent mathematical skill
  • Minimum 4 years in a related position and a minimum of 1 year in a Supervisory/Management role
  • The position will require the ability to respond to site quickly in emergencies and may require the candidate to work variable hours, evenings, and weekends

  • Sitting for prolonged periods of time
  • Must be available to work variable hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced working environment
