Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Twists and More. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality baked goods, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare dough and batters for a variety of sweet and savory baked goods, following established recipes and quality standards.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked inventory.
- Bake and decorate cakes, pastries, and other sweet treats to meet customer demands.
- Ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Inspect and maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and food service areas.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize production.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Permanent employment with a 30 to 40 hour workweek.
- Fluency in English.
