Truck Driver

We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team at Roadies Shunt Services LTD. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and materials across various routes.
Key Responsibilities- Route Planning: Plan and adjust routes based on changing conditions to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions.
- Loading and Unloading: Load and unload goods with precision and care.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Oversee the condition of the vehicle, inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Communication: Receive and relay information to central dispatch and record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
- Cargo Security: Ensure the safety and security of cargo through tarping and other measures.
- AZ class license
- Air Brakes Endorsement
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Permanent employment
- English as the primary language of work
- 40 hours per week
