Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. As a critical care nurse, you'll provide expert care to critically ill patients, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor and manage patient's condition, identifying and responding to changes in their status
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • One (1) year full-time Critical Care experience required
  • Completion of an approved Critical Care Course/Critical Care Certificate/CCNP and/or one year of experience in critical care required for ICU positions
  • Three to five years of acute care nursing experience preferred
  • Specific experience in a specialty area may be required (e.g.: Cardiovascular, Med/Surg Neuro)
  • BLS (HCP) certification required
