About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Academic Business Vice-President to join our team at Duke College Inc. This is a strategic leadership role that requires a strong understanding of academic operations and business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate financial, human, and material resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Regional Coordination: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Organizational Objectives: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.

  • Team Size: Supervise a team of 11-15 people.
Computer and Technology Requirements
  • Software: Proficient in MS Office.
