Job Title: Academic Business Vice President

We are seeking an experienced Academic Business Vice President to join our team at Duke College Inc.

Job Summary:

The Academic Business Vice President will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of academic programs and policies, as well as overseeing the management of resources and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement academic programs and policies that align with the college's mission and goals.
  • Oversee the management of resources, including budgeting and financial planning.
  • Lead and manage a team of academic staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating personnel.
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop and implement curriculum and instructional programs.
  • Represent the college in various external forums and partnerships.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in academic leadership or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
