We are seeking a highly skilled Cybercrime Specialist to join our team at TD Bank. As a key member of our Cybercrime Countermeasures team, you will play a pivotal role in protecting our customers from digital threats.
Key Responsibilities- Provide research, evaluation, and assessment support on Technology Controls/Information Security related programs and initiatives.
- Participate in and provide advice/guidance on Cyber Security projects of moderate/high complexity.
- Help provide leadership and guidance to junior analysts on the team.
- Support the various Cybercrime teams in building and maturing capabilities to mitigate digital threats to our customers.
- Enhance executive level metrics and reporting.
- Build out process documentation.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure service quality.
- Provide enterprise-wide subject matter expertise on cyber security and/or fraud.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and create gap analysis reports.
- Respond to Security Incidents, provide guidance, research, and root cause analysis, and develop remediation plans.
- Participate in special projects and take initiative to identify new opportunities to drive positive change.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Information security certification/accreditation an asset.
- Security+, CISSP, or other Cybersecurity certifications preferred.
- Experience in Cybercrime, Fraud, or Cyber Threat Management preferred.
- Strong technical writing and procedural documentation skills.
