**Job Summary**
We are seeking a Full Time Sales Lead - Team Manager to join our team at Carrefour Angrignon. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and driving sales growth through excellent customer service and sales techniques.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement
• Conduct regular sales meetings and provide feedback to team members
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity
**Requirements**
• At least 2 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the fashion, accessories, luxury goods, or home decor industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Passion for jewelry and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
