Job Title: Full-Time Sales Associate

At Foot Locker, we're passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a Full-Time Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in driving sales and providing top-notch service to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Stay up-to-date on all products offered and work with colleagues to provide excellent sales service
  • Meet sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual, and operational expectations
  • Maintain personal and productivity goals
  • Ensure the quality and productivity of every aspect of the store
  • Act as a partner between customers, sales associates, Assistant Manager, and the Store Manager
  • Develop and share expertise of products and trends to meet customer needs
  • Maintain awareness of all product knowledge and current or upcoming product trends
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of retail experience
  • Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
  • Motivated to achieve great results due to enthusiasm from interacting with customers and athletic products
  • Initiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
