Job Title: Director of Development

The Star Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Development to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our organization and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of our organization's strategic plan and ensure its successful implementation.
  • Develop and implement policies and programs to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to ensure the organization's continued success.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a development or business growth capacity.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
