The Senior Estimator will play a pivotal role in delivering precise and thorough cost assessments for various construction initiatives, while also providing mentorship to junior estimators. This position is crucial for the effective acquisition of projects.

Annual Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the estimating process, including the evaluation of construction plans and specifications.
  2. Engage with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.
  3. Draft comprehensive and competitive bid proposals.
  4. Offer guidance and mentorship to junior estimators.
  5. Maintain an organized database of pricing information and cost data.
  6. Assist the project management team during the pre-construction phase.
  7. Analyze historical project data to enhance estimating precision.
  8. Review and assess project scope and requirements.
