Qualifications- Education: College/CEGEP
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in a related field
- Conduct administrative and office tasks
- Evaluate clients' needs for specific services
- Create tailored rehabilitation programs
- Perform various administrative duties
- Facilitate life skills workshops
- Design rehabilitation plans for offenders
- Assess clients' skill strengths and areas for development
- Carry out follow-up assessments
- Coordinate and implement community service delivery
- Provide crisis intervention and suicide prevention
- Manage conflict resolution
- Oversee activities of clients in group homes and halfway houses
- Supervise children's visits with parents to ensure safety
- Assist offenders with pre-release and release planning
- Implement substance abuse treatment initiatives
- Administer behavior management strategies
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions
- Establish a registry of special needs support workers
- Collaborate with social services and healthcare providers
- Develop intervention logic models and outcome measures
- Maintain program statistics for evaluation and research
- Assist in assessing treatment program effectiveness
- Screen, recruit, and train volunteers and support staff
