Rug Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rug Cleaning Foreman/Woman to join our team at MG Cleaning Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our rug cleaning services.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of our rug cleaning services, including arranging for maintenance and repair work, co-ordinating activities with other work units or departments, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
- Quality Control: Monitor quality and production levels to ensure that our services meet the highest standards.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of our rug cleaning team, and provide training and guidance as needed.
- Materials Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies as required.
- Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
