Executive Director, Assessment Services Division

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to serve as the Executive Director, Assessment Services Division at the Saskatchewan Institute of Agrologists. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Assessment Services Division and providing strategic and operational leadership in the delivery of property assessment services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and mentor the Assessment Services Division's management team to achieve the Division's goals, objectives, and performance expectations.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to ensure efficient and effective service delivery to municipalities.
- Foster a corporate culture that promotes ethical practices and encourages openness, honesty, integrity, and accountability.
- Benchmark program performance and practices with other assessment agencies to research and introduce best practices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including municipalities and other government agencies.
- Minimum of fifteen years of property assessment experience with at least eight years at a management level.
- Licensed or eligible to be licensed as an accredited assessment appraiser through the relevant professional association.
