- Assist in driving the growth of the Doritos brand alongside the Doritos Marketing Manager, through innovative execution and communication strategies.
- Collaborate with the Doritos Marketing Manager on the strategic planning process to establish clear growth strategies and an innovation pipeline focused on consumer needs.
- Oversee the complete innovation commercialization process in partnership with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring success with consumers and shoppers, while supporting future innovation pipeline development, including packaging design.
- Lead at least one comprehensive media-to-shelf initiative, from concept to results, working closely with both internal and external partners.
- Consistently utilize data and insights to ensure consumer-centric decision-making in brand and business strategies, while managing analysis, tracking, and monthly reporting tasks.
- Effectively manage your budget to optimize return on investment across all initiatives.
