Marketing Associate Manager

As a Marketing Associate Manager, you'll play a key role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans to meet company sales profit objectives and optimize market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in setting up and maintaining product-level information in internal systems.
- Act as a first-line resource for product questions from sales, customers, and internal staff.
- Conduct market research, coordinate with distributors and customers, and analyze feedback.
- Prepare product launch preparations, including business cases, instrument and implant lists, and launch packages.
- Assist in preparing long-range, annual, quarterly, and monthly forecasts for each product line.
- Regularly attend surgeries with sales teams to gain insights into customer experiences with Zimmer Biomet products.
- Support Medical Education and Industry Sponsored events by coordinating resources and attending events in a facilitation capacity.
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral form.
- Strong analytical skills and outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates high potential for future development opportunities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- General knowledge of medical device business, including science, products, research, and commercialization processes.
- Product management experience preferred.
- B.A. or B.S. in marketing, sales, engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience working with traditional marketing concepts, marketing strategies, product promotion, market analysis, and forecasting is desirable.
Up to 30% travel, with 40% on-site work.
