Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at LED GIANT. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, monitoring the movement of supplies and materials between departments, and preparing and submitting reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments to optimize inventory levels
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Compile worksheets and specifications of orders to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Communicate with ships, aircraft, and other remote operations to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 32.5 hours per week
