Position Overview

Spacious Construction Corp. is seeking a dedicated Construction Project Coordinator to oversee various construction initiatives. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
Work Environment

The position involves working at multiple locations, adapting to the dynamic nature of construction sites.

Financial Oversight

The coordinator will manage budgets ranging from $1,500,001 to $4,000,000.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and present detailed budget estimates for construction projects.
  • Recruit and oversee subcontractors' activities.
  • Design and maintain construction schedules and milestones, ensuring progress is tracked effectively.
  • Draft contracts and negotiate any necessary revisions or changes.
  • Establish and enforce quality control policies and procedures.
  • Manage financial resources efficiently.
  • Oversee the procurement of construction materials and land.
  • Implement quality assurance programs.
  • Compile and present progress reports.
Experience Requirements

Candidates should possess 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
