About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sanitation Supervisor to join our team at Boulangerie Première Moisson. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of sanitation and quality control in our bakery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sanitation and Quality Control
    • Develop and implement sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
    • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
    • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure that all products meet our high standards.
  • Team Management
    • Supervise and train a team of sanitation and quality control specialists.
    • Develop and implement training programs to ensure that all team members are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
    • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance and address any issues.
  • Health and Safety
    • Develop and implement health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
    • Conduct regular safety audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
    • Collaborate with the Health and Safety team to ensure that all employees are aware of and comply with safety procedures.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
    • Collaborate with the operations team to develop and implement new processes and procedures.
    • Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary diploma in a related field (e.g. food science, quality control, sanitation).
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a sanitation or quality control role in the food industry.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g. HACCP, GMP).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
