  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they meet the highest standards of customer service and product knowledge.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, manage stock, and maintain a clean and organized bar area.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, liquor laws, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing plans and promotions.
  • Manage events and functions, including weddings, parties, and corporate events.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing a bar or restaurant, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage budgets and inventory.
