About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Badminton Coach to join our team at the Chinese Sports & Recreation Association. As a key member of our coaching staff, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing training and practice sessions for our athletes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver high-quality training sessions to athletes of varying skill levels.
  • Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our athletes and align with the goals of the association.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to athletes to help them improve their skills and achieve their goals.
  • Work collaboratively with other coaching staff to ensure a cohesive and effective coaching program.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor athlete progress and adjust training programs as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a coaching or training role.
  • Work site environment: Non-smoking.
  • Work setting: Badminton, basketball, various locations, soccer, swimming, tennis, volleyball.
  • Security and safety: Criminal record check.
  • Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, standing for extended periods.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 2 to 26 hours per week.
