Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sports Coach to join our team at the Chinese Sports & Recreation Association. As a Sports Coach, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing training and practice sessions for our basketball team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and develop training and practice sessions for the basketball team
  • Implement and execute training plans to achieve team goals
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance and provide feedback to players
  • Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective team environment
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all team members
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Sports Coach or in a related field
  • Strong knowledge of basketball techniques and strategies
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to keep up with the demands of the job
