**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

**Responsibilities**

  • Manage electrical construction projects, including planning, execution, and completion
  • Supervise and coordinate with project teams, including engineers, technicians, and laborers
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliverables
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical construction project management
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Knowledge of electrical construction codes, regulations, and industry standards
