Job Title: Food Product Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Product Supervisor to join our team at FV FOODS. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food production facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and supervise staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions
  • Prepare production and other reports
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads
