Real Fruit Bubble Tea INC. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Hire and manage food service staff
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customer complaints and concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in food service management
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be required to work on site and must be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
