The position is based in a convenience store, where you will be responsible for managing a team and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage daily store operations
  • Assess and enhance operational efficiency
  • Organize and plan daily activities
  • Supervise staff and delegate tasks effectively
  • Analyze market trends to gauge consumer demand and sales potential
  • Implement pricing strategies and credit policies
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives
  • Manage budgets while monitoring income and expenditures
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain issues
  • Recruit, train, and oversee staff and volunteers
  • Administer payroll processes
  • Conduct employee performance evaluations
  • Supervise both office and volunteer personnel
Supervision

You will be responsible for overseeing a team of 3-4 individuals.
