Job Title: Window Shade Installer

Ramboll Window Fashions is seeking a skilled Window Shade Installer to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful installation of window shades and treatments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation Expertise: Determine layout and installation procedures for window shades and treatments.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Documentation: Document and prepare invoices and work orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Materials Management: Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, including loading and unloading trucks.
  • Tool Operation: Utilize hand and power tools to complete installations.
  • Scaffolding and Platforms: Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms as needed.
  • Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installations.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks.
  • Physical Demands: Meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Experience and Education:
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
