This position presents an exciting opportunity to engage in innovative and complex projects within the Potash Centre of Excellence, working alongside both national and international mining teams to develop sustainable solutions for diverse mineral extraction initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct process engineering efforts within multiple projects
  • Provide mentorship and support to process engineering staff
  • Oversee coordination of project activities and interfaces
  • Engage in a range of mineral projects, such as potash, uranium, and base metals
  • Collaborate with mining teams on a national and global scale

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Extractive Metallurgy
  • Proven expertise in potash and/or uranium processing
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in process engineering
  • Experience with both greenfield and large brownfield projects
  • Registered or eligible for registration with APEGS
  • Strong technical knowledge of process plant design and operations
  • Familiarity with process modeling software
  • Proven ability to enhance practices within the process division
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Authorized to work in Canada
