Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safe and efficient handling of all aircraft from a ramp operations perspective.
- Maintain punctuality and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols as outlined in the Porter Ramp Manual.
- Perform ramp-related tasks including:
- Aircraft marshalling
- Baggage handling
- Handling of Comat and Catering Supplies
- Lavatory servicing
- Potable Water servicing
- Aircraft pushbacks and towing
- Actively engage in Porter's Safety Management System (SMS) by reporting hazards and incidents encountered during daily operations; adhere to and promote the Company Safety Policy.
Additional Duties
Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Essential Competencies

Qualifications
- Valid Ontario (or equivalent) driver's license (G2 or higher) with a clean driving record (3 demerit points or less).
- Successful completion of a medical evaluation, including a drug test.
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances.
- Availability to work on a permanent basis in Canada.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including days, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Dependability with a clear attendance record and punctuality.
- Capability to lift, push, or pull up to 70lbs regularly.
