Position Overview

The Tiling Operations Supervisor at MODENA TILING INC is responsible for overseeing the installation and management of tile projects across various locations. This role requires a strong leader who can effectively coordinate teams and ensure high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the tiling industry.
Work Environment

This position involves working at various job sites, requiring flexibility and adaptability to different environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare production and progress reports to track project status.
  • Supervise and manage the performance of workers and projects.
  • Coordinate and schedule daily activities to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Provide training or arrange for training of new staff members.
  • Estimate costs and materials needed for projects.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on all job sites.
  • Recommend personnel actions based on performance evaluations.
  • Interpret blueprints and drawings to guide installation processes.
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies for ongoing projects.
