Registered Practical Nurse

We are seeking highly professional and experienced Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) to join our team at RhynoCare. As an RPN, you will be responsible for providing nursing care in accordance with established policies, physician's orders, and the resident plan of care.
Key Responsibilities- Nursing Care Delivery: Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Assessment and Planning: Assess the physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and social needs of residents and develop individualized care plans.
- Medication Management: Ensure the safe and effective management of medications, including the administration, storage, and disposal of medications.
- Communication and Teamwork: Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and services provided to residents.
- Education and Certification: Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario and a valid BLS Certificate.
- Skills and Abilities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Physical and Mental Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lift and move residents as needed, and maintain a high level of physical and mental stamina.
- Background Checks: Current Vulnerable Sector Police Check and proof of current immunizations for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella (MMRV) and Hepatitis B.
