Pharmacist - Relief

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pharmacist to join our team as a Relief Pharmacist. As a Relief Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing pharmacy services at various Loblaw Pharmacy locations across Southwestern Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, dispense, and control medications accurately and timely to patients
  • Counsel patients regarding new and additional medications in a friendly, positive, and proactive interaction
  • Administer vaccinations and other activities as legislated by the Pharmacist Scope of Practice Program
  • Provide pharmaceutical professional services such as medication reviews, prescription adaptations, and minor ailment prescribing
  • Provide timely and positive resolution to patient needs and prescriber requests/issues
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacist license
  • Driver's License
  • Injection Certification
  • Minor Ailment Certification
  • Superior customer relations skills and a strong sense of professionalism
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong personal computing skills, as well as knowledge of HealthWatch (paperless)
