Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Relief Pharmacist to join our team. As a key member of our Pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our Pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, dispense, and control medications accurately and timely to patients
• Counsel patients regarding new and additional medications in a friendly, positive, and proactive interaction
• Administer vaccinations and other activities as legislated by the Pharmacist Scope of Practice Program
• Provide pharmaceutical professional services such as medication reviews, prescription adaptations, and minor ailment prescribing
• Provide timely and positive resolution to patient needs and prescriber requests/issues

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science, Pharmacy, and a Class A Pharmacists license are required
• Injection Certification and Minor Ailment Certification are also required
• Superior customer relations skills and a strong sense of professionalism are essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required
• Strong personal computing skills, as well as knowledge of HealthWatch Delta (paperless), are necessary
