About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit individual to join our team at INSIGHT EXTERIOR LTD. as a Construction Worker.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, Unload, and Transport Materials: Safely load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the construction site.
  • Mix, Pour, and Spread Materials: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as required for the construction project.
  • Assist in Framing and Building: Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs as part of the construction process.
  • Clean and Pile Salvaged Materials: Clean and pile salvaged materials in a safe and organized manner.
  • Remove Rubble and Debris: Remove rubble and other debris from the construction site to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Direct Traffic: Direct traffic at or near the construction site to ensure the safety of workers and the general public.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple tasks to complete.
  • Physical Demands: The role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Work Under Pressure: Work under pressure to meet deadlines and complete tasks efficiently.
