As a key member of our finance team, you'll play a critical role in various corporate accounting, consolidation, internal reporting, and analysis functions.

Your Impact:

* Perform analytical review of period-end financial results, including balance sheet and income statement fluctuations, and provide detailed narratives to support business decisions.
* Prepare month-end close entries and account reconciliations, promoting best practices with Accounting Services to ensure proper accounting and controls are in place.
* Research and outline accounting standard changes, providing reports on findings for future accounting pronouncements as applicable, including recommended next steps.
* Provide support and guidance to other finance teams and the business as required to address financial matters and questions as applicable.

Responsibilities:

* Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
* Provide expert advice and guidance to senior management and executives.

Requirements:

* 2-4 years of related finance and accounting experience within the software, high-tech industries, or public accounting.
* Completion of a degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business, or Finance or a related discipline.
* CPA designation (or equivalent) required.
* Prior 'Big 4' firm experience is preferred.
