The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to join our Agile team in developing and maintaining robust data pipelines and data management systems. As a key member of our team, you will partner closely with data science and business intelligence teams to understand business needs and co-create solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop new data pipelines and enhance existing ones based on defined requirements
  • Collaborate with data science and business intelligence teams to understand business needs and co-create solutions
  • Ensure data accuracy, availability, and security across multiple system domains

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer with a strong understanding of data engineering tools and concepts
  • Python experience, preferably with Pandas
  • CI/CD tools and methodologies, including GitLab, branches, code reviews, and merge requests
  • Understanding of DataOps Practices and RDBMS/NoSQL
  • Docker experience and AWS experience, preferably with EC2, Lambda, Glue, and S3
  • Snowflake or similar cloud data platform experience is a plus
