About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business General Manager to join our team at Beauty First. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic plans, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and execute strategic plans, aligning with the company's vision and mission.
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high-performing teams.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive process improvements, optimize workflows, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Representation and Communication: Represent the company in external forums, build relationships with key stakeholders, and communicate effectively with internal teams.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a business development or operations capacity.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
