Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Director - Strategic Operations to join our team at IT9 LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing departments, and formulating policies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and executive staff
  • Manage events and conduct performance reviews
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in a senior management role
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other business software
Working Conditions
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Large workload and attention to detail required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
